I have the honour to forward for Your Excellency's information, the attached list of Bolsheviks in the Far East, published by the War Office on 30th November 1918.
Several of these people are already on our Suspect List and information regarding them has been circulated either in the General Staff Appendix to War Diary or in the Secret Abstracts of Intelligence of this Command.
